Our Technical Support Representatives are standing by to assist you,
Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm EST
with Tenant Pro issues or troubleshooting needs. Technical Support is not designed to be a training session to guide customers through Tenant Pro setup.

Support packages are required for all customers and will include 20 cases in the standard cost. Additional cases can be purchased for $50 each. Any unused cases at the end of the subscription term will be forfeited.

1-250 Units	$300/year
251-500 Units	$750/year
500+ Units	$1,000/year
*A Toll-Free phone number and e-mail support is available for customers who have purchased one of these annual plans. Support plans are based upon the licensed number of units registered with us. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate support plan to avoid any delays in your order.
